HEKİMHAN MINING

Founded in 2007 to perform Iron Mining, Chrome Mining, and Manganese Mining, Hekimhan Mining enriches the high manganese containing low-impurity siderite ore with calcining plant and offers an unprecedented raw material to the domestic and foreign market.

Hekimhan Mining operates the iron mine in Deveci village, Hekimhan district of Malatya, with around two million tons of production capacity per year. Containing nearly 37% iron and 3,5% manganese, siderite iron ore is processed through calcination to increase the iron content up to 55% and manganese content to 6%. Hekimhan Mining also supplies calcinated siderite alongside siderite and contributes to reducing the rate of iron ore (dust, part, pellet) of 16 million tons imported by Türkiye per year.
