CK ENERGY BOĞAZİÇİ ELECTRICITY

CK Energy Boğaziçi Electricity serves around 4.5 million subscribers in the European Side of Istanbul, corresponding to 10 percent of the entire Türkiye, under the capacity of an ‘authorized supply company’ over retail sales tariffs approved by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). The company also enters into bilateral agreements with consumers in the status of free consumers, regardless of region, to sell electrical energy through promotional tariffs and benefit campaigns.

 

CK Energy Boğaziçi Electricity has converted previous invoice collection points to Customer Action Centers (MIM) after its organizational transformation and has ranked amongst “the fastest growing retailers on coverage basis” independent from its industry after launching one customer action center in three days since March 2015. Owning the most widespread energy retail channel in Türkiye with around 300 MIM points, CK Energy Boğaziçi Electricity maintains its change and transformation around the clock to offer higher-quality services during and after retail electricity sales.
