Established in 1976, our first company Kolsan was followed by Kolin Construction in 1977, and our journey that embarked in Elazig has reached out around Türkiye, then getting beyond our boundaries. “

Koloğlu Family started their journey with Kolsan Inc., Corp. in 1976 and Kolin Construction in 1977 in Elazığ, after which they first morphed into a national and then a global conglomerate and decided to move forward in Ankara. National and international achievements in transportation and infrastructural construction over time with Kolin Construction and the organizational skills developed meanwhile have steered the growing family to other fields of activity. Kolin Construction has over time improved to a company with shares in other companies engaged in energy generation (via hydroelectrical and thermal power plants), energy distribution and trade (electricity and natural gas), mining, port and marina management, shipyard management, station management, industrial production, logistics, service procurement, and commerce in addition to transportation and infrastructural construction works. In 2015, it was decided to transform Kolin Construction Co., into a conglomerate that enables grouping the companies under the same common denominators and separate business configurations considering the active size and diversified activities of the company and thus, Koloğlu Holding was incorporated. Koloğlu Holding, along with Kolin Construction, embodies national and global companies engaged in other industries and provides them with managerial and financial support.

Operating in line with the principles of investment in human resources, and social responsibility, Koloğlu Holding believes in sustainable development with a raised awareness of its environmental and social responsibilities. Having accelerated its strategies and policies about corporate sustainability, social responsibility projects have been gathered under the roof of Koloğlu Education Foundation.
